EMPOWER BASKETBALL ACADEMY
Empower basketball Academy Mission: Provide local girls with a quality experience that will focus on teaching the fundamentals of basketball while being taught by a staff of invested college coaches and players. This Academy is designed for players of all skill levels and promotes a high-energy environment of games, drills and competition emphasizing confidence, teamwork and fun with friends.
Empower Basketball Academy seeks to make an impact by effectively developing our young girls leadership skills through the vehicle of sport. Athletics provides a training ground for team building, risk taking, empathy, communication and listening skills and celebrating each other's successes. The Academy aims to put these skills into practice through competitive team play in basketball and breakout sessions with specific leadership challenges & reflection.

Facilities include 3 full courts, film room and strength & conditioning studio.
Girls 1st to 10th Grade; Participants will be divided into age appropriate groups.
9:00am to 4:00pm; Schedule found below
Please bring sneakers, water bottle, swimsuit, towel and lunch.
You'll receive daily instruction, drills and games focused on Basketball Skill Development. Leadership skills will be implemented and practiced daily during Academy team events. Teaching and mentorship from an all female staff of coaches. Finally, an afternoon snack provided by the Academy each day and an Empower Basketball Academy T-Shirt. |
